Hint: All Queens collections candles come wth 100% Soy Wax molds that are also scented and hand poured. Each mold is detachable and can be placed in a warmer for your melting pleasure!
Creation Process
Our candles are not stocked on shelves , or in a warehouse collecting dust. They are hand poured and created when you order them. This is to ensure you recieve a fresh and vibrant candle every time you order with us!
Shipping
Because our candles are not poured until you order, candles ship within 5-7 days after payment. You will recieve an email once your order is shipped that will include a tracking # for your order. You will also receive an email when the order is delivered.
Sales/Returns
All Sales are final, unless item is damaged during the shipping process. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order with an attached photo. At that time we will send the exact same item out to you.
